Need Books for your Art?

Do you incorporate old books into your art or "upcycle" them into new products?
Share your links and photos with us! Contact your local library! I recently volunteered at a local library - and was distressed to find out that some libraries still throw some books out in the trash! While most libraries have a "Friends of the Library" organization that sells books, some do end up in the trash - so please call and offer to pick them up!
Or, if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, contact me directly to find out where you can get books for FREE - that would otherwise end up in the landfill?

Come visit us at the Marin Human Race!

Saturday, May 8th from 7:30 - 11:30, Artsboretum will be hosting a "Green Tent" for musicians donating their time and talents at the Marin Human Race. We'll be near Booth #'s 26, 27 & 28, so come by and say "hello."
