Habitat Greater San Francisco opened the application period for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, previously owned home in Novato. It is located at 4 Mount Burdell Place in the downtown area. 

Eligible households must have between three-seven members to qualify. Applicants must not have owned a residential property in the last three years and gross household income must be within the 55%-80% range of the 2023 Marin County Area Median Income. For a household of four, this is approximately an annual income between $102,500 and $140,000.

Applicants are required to attend one virtual information session prior to applying for the home. Presentation materials can be provided in English and Spanish upon request.

Applications are open until 5 PM Friday, October 6. A lottery will be held on Monday, October 9, to determine the order in which the applications are processed.
